Are You Being Attacked?

by Carley on November 6, 2009

Have you ever thought you were being attacked?

What evidence to you have?

How does it line up with the Word of God?

How did you react?

Well this post is coming to you for that very reason.  There are so many things happening, so many changes taking place.  No I don’t believe at all that everything going on is the work of the devil.  Discernment is needed, and I am in prayer about it.  Well, I am in prayer about everything now.  And that is great.

First I need to explain why there are no illustrations in this post.  My one file, the only file that contained all this work, a years worth, has dissappeared.  Poof!  My computer guy to trying to find it, but no luck so far.  Now I hear you!  Did you not do a back up?  Well, no. I kept putting it off.  Why?  Because my finances have been so tight.  I thought I needed equipment I didn’t have, I didn’t think…

That’s it, I just didn’t think!  But do you not find it strange that this file, and only this file is the only one missing?

That is just one of the many attacks coming against me.

But it’s okay.  My God is so much bigger than the one shooting his firey arrows at me.  My God protects me and He will take all things the evil one intended for my harm and make things wonderful.

Genesis 50:20

19 But Joseph said to them, Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? 20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. 21 So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children.” And he reassured them and spoke kindly to them.

Romans 8:28
28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Ephesians 6:10-18
10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

I WILL LEAN ON, RELY ON AND TRUST IN GOD ALONE!

Live your life, time is short and fleeting

Smile thru it, a smile is a wonderful gift

Share the faith, share Jesus thru you life!
